Born in Paterson, New Jersey, and later relocating to Sumter, South Carolina, Shaq Hester, singer, actor, and creator, began his relationship with music singing for his Preschool graduation ceremony. After that, his eardrums were influenced by the likes of Donny Hathaway, Luther Vandross, Whitney Houston, Stevie
Wonder, Usher Raymond, The Clark Sisters, Kirk Franklin, John Legend, and Musiq Soulchild. Exposure to such refined musicians at an early age would soon pay great dividends for this young artist.
In high school, he deepened his love for the performing arts. There, he performed in ensembles of various genres (Gospel, Jazz, Classical, and Musical Theatre).
During his college years at the University of South Carolina, his passions expanded.
While under the tutelage of Jacob Will, he was a featured vocalist in Carolina Alive Jazz Vocal Ensemble, USC Concert Choir, USC Gospel Choir, and Opera at USC. USC Credits include: Bardolph (At the Boar’s Head, 2015), Don Alfonso
(Così Fan Tutte, 2015) and Informer #1/Señor/Captain/Croupier (Candide, 2013). Other Credits: Little Moe
(Five Guys Named Moe, 2014).
During his graduate studies, his gifts blossomed. While under the tutelage of Dr. Brian Gill, he was a featured
vocalist in the IU African American Choral Ensemble and IU Soul Revue. IU credits include Second Burgess (Peter Grimes, 2017), Water/Opera Chorus (Florencia en el Amazon as, 2016), and Solo Inmate Three (Dead Man Walking, 2015). Other credits include Andre (Welcome to College Musical, 2017-2018). Hester earned his
master’s degree from Jacobs School of Music in 2018.
Since moving to New York, he has performed as a featured vocalist in the Off-Broadway play, Antigone in Ferguson and in Kerby Jean Raymond’s 2019 Pyer Moss Fashion Show. He has also appeared in Bronx Opera’s The Mikado and Trilogy Opera’s Treemonisha. In his 2019-2020 season, he provided background vocals for Aloe Blacc (GRAMMY-nominated recording artist), Jason Michael Webb (Special Tony Award recipient), Ari Groover (Alline - Tina: The Tina Turner Musical), A. Renee, and Demetrius Lane.
He strongly resonates with Donny Hathaway, who once said, “When I think of music, I think of music in its totality, complete. From the lowest blues to the highest symphony, you know, so what I'd like to do is exemplify each style of as many periods as I can do.”

Cory "Gypsy" Simpson is a New York native who was born in Queens. He is a second-generation musician who comes from a musical family. His father toured with his group that started as "Kenny and The Diamonds" in the 1960s and changed to "Intensive Heat" in the 1970s.
Cory grew up hearing his parents play various genres of music and began to fall in love with the sound of the guitar after hearing "Eye of The Tiger" by Survivor. He can recall that while watching his godfather, Angel (who was one of his father's best friends as well as the guitarist in his group) jam out to "Maggotbrain" by Funkadelic, as well as his older cousin (who played bass for Gloria Gaynor, Gary U.S. Bonds and Wilson Pickett) who took him to a guitar clinic, something in his brain just came alive and he knew that playing the guitar is what what he was meant to do here on earth.
Cory started his own musical journey with playing the drums in a school band at 12 years old and although he enjoyed the drums, he felt his heartstrings were still being pulled in the direction of the electric guitar. In fact, in an 8th grade journal, Cory wrote that he wanted to be "one of the best guitar players in the world" and had not even possessed the instrument at the time. Cory played drums until he was 16 years old, when he began playing bass in high school.
During his senior year at an annual show called I.N.T.E.X., he and some friends formed a band, where they played "Rearranged" by Limp Bizkit as their first performance. Cory's parents saw how serious he was about wanting to play guitar and decided to surprise him with one on Christmas of 1996. During senior year of high school, Cory studied the style of who would become one of his "guitar heroes" Jimi Hendrix, which is when he took on the stage name "Gypsy" after Hendrix's biography "Electric Gypsy".
After graduating high school, Gypsy would be seen walking around with his guitar on his back which ended up getting him noticed by someone who was looking for a guitar player to make complete the sound of the songs that he was recording and this is how he landed his first recording gig.
Over the years, Gypsy has continued to practice and perfect his craft. He learned to let all of his emotions out through his fingertips and has even been said to have the ability to "change the record with his playing". He plays skillfully and passionately in several genres such as rock, R&B, pop, reggae, gospel, funk and some jazz. He has had the opportunity to play and tour with lots of world-renowned artists such as Ricky Dillard, Lydia Caesar, Styles P, Nina Sky, J.T. Taylor (of Kool and The Gang), Amanda "Diva" Seales (of the tv show The Real), Kymani Marley, Ed Robinson, Jessica Reedy, CeCe Peniston, Etana, Vee Bozeman (from the tv show "Empire"), Naomi Cowan, Jesse Royal, and Public Enemy. He has also been the featured lead guitarist on several studio albums for NY local artists such as Ajaay Swindell, Kenny Swindell, Reggie Parker, Lonnie Swindell, and more.
So even now when you catch Gypsy giving his all at a show, you will more than likely find him with his favorite companion, Silverhawk, the name he gave his guitar. It seems Silverhawk becomes an extended part of him and you can't help but to feel what's inside of Gypy's heart. Since his first performance in high school, Gyspy refers to playing music as another way to fly and sees it as a "high". And he's been chasing that high ever since.
If you're looking for a guitar player who will make your event or your music something that all in earshot will feel, Cory "Gypsy" Simpson is available for weddings, parties, church services, studio sessions, virtual shows, live shows, etc.

Joshua Freeman is a multi-talented artist, whose main goal is to bridge the gap between generations & genres through his unique musical approach. He is an a dynamic vocalist, songwriter, producer & musician. As well as a loving husband and father.
From the time he was born, music has always been a part of his life. With both his parents being amazing singers, and his uncle being a talented musician, it was inevitable that he would one day pursue music.
At the age of 3, his father bought him his first drum set. By the time he was 5, his uncle began teaching him how to play piano. Those musical seeds that were sown blossomed into a passion &desire to perfect his crafts.
Although he seemingly always had the ability to sing, Joshua didn’t begin taking it seriously until later in life, often times, trying to keep it a secret. At the age of 18, he heard the Lord say “the thing that you’re trying to hide, is what I’m going to use most for My glory!”
Over the next 10 years, he began auditioning for shows and competitions, such as “Sunday Best”, “McDonald’s Gospelfest” and “The Four”. All of which Freeman never made it past the preliminary rounds. Fueled by every denial, Josh began to truly perfect his craft, spending countless hours fine tuning his pitch, range & control.
As he learned how to better steward his gifts, God began to open doors for him.In 2017, Freeman became a viral sensation after a video of him singing to his baby girl boomed across social media. From that, he’s been blessed to have worked with music mogul, David Foster, as well as Gospel Legend, Fred Hammond, who happens to be Josh’s biggest musical inspiration.
Other musical muses, such as John P. Kee, Stevie Wonder, Jason Nelson, Doobie Powell, PJ Morton & Tank, have all helped influence Joshua’s musical approach.
Freeman recently released his debut single, “Trust You,” available on all digital platforms Friday, June 18th, 2021, preceding his forthcoming EP later this fall. The first of many projects to come from the rising star.
His prayer is that his transparency in his music reaches the lost and ultimately helps lead souls to Christ.

Lights| Camera| Action is a phrase that many have heard before, and when we hear it, we expect something to happen. This devotional is intended to encourage you to take a cliché phrase and turn it on its head. If taken apart, each element is essential for your personal and spiritual growth, so I challenge you to adopt this phrase as a mantra moving forward. I pray that you take on each element for what it is and what it can do.
Lights are needed to expose and illuminate dark areas, so let the Light of the world reveal and brighten those dark places. Cameras are tools used to capture a moment in time, but before viewing an image, development must take place. Use the Word of God to develop yourself into the image of God. The Action happens when we are intentional about making a change in behavior and learning the best ways to implement God’s desires in our lives. Allow the Holy Spirit to prompt you to move differently than you have before.
A project accomplished during a global pandemic, this book has been taken from the pages of Davis's private prayer journals, allowing the reader to connect with the author's transparency, openness, and honesty. Since its release, Davis has taken to Social Media to bring the pages of this devotional to life. Even now, during this Lent Season of 2021, she is meeting with viewers to discuss the daily entries from her Facebook page, going live to represent God's word in an engaging way.

Shadei Williams had a goal in mind... she wanted to make a difference in the world around her. She was tired of the same questions being asked and the judgments being passed. Shadei had no idea how to reach the goal! "How do you make a difference in the world around you when you don't know where to start?", she asked.
Along side of having a goal to make a difference, Shadei still had a regular job and as happy as she was, there was still something missing! There had to be more! Shadei decided to write her story.
Sometimes, after being hard at work, Shadei would come home to write thoughts to add to pages and pages to make chapters! Evening writing took days, weeks, and months at a time! Most would be mixed with coffee to stay awake.
There were tears as Shadei replayed the scenarios while writing. Prayer, thanking God for getting her through. God allowed her to be bold enough to help others!
In 2015, Shadei became a self-published author. Her first book, "I Have This, This Doesn't Have Me."
